About Susanna Winston, M.D.

Dr. Winston majored in biochemistry at the University of Colorado-Boulder and then attended medical school at the University of Minnesota where she was AOA. She also went on to complete a four year Combined Internal Medicine – Pediatrics Residency at The Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University. After her residency, she worked as a Clinical Research Fellow at the Miriam Hospital Immunology Center and completed a Clinical Fellowship in Pediatric Infectious Disease at Hasbro and Women & Infants Hospitals. She has authored a number of papers and has received numerous awards. Dr. Winston has experience working in the African countries of Kenya, Rwanda and Mali.
